Doctors on ’420′ usage

Hello!! 
So lets discus this thing called 420. Living in a state that has basically legalized it, I find it very interesting.
1. You have to go to a doctor and basically pass a test showing that you need it, (the license.)
2. You pay for the license just like you do for your car or ID.
3. WAIT WHAT?
LOL, lets get real? We used to be able to smoke it when ever we wanted. Now you go in and there is a menu a mile long. Dowsed in chemicals.
The real question here is, do you think the doctors are pushing it on us?
